Contractor shall provide a laboratory analyzer system, all other equipment, supplies and consumables, to include training for government personnel and equipment maintenance, emergency repair and preventive service, necessary to fulfill the cost per test requirements for thin layer slides of cytological specimen; and kits that include density reagent, gyn stain kits, slide chamber/syringes, centrifuge tubes collection brushes, aspirator tips, transfer tips and specimen vials to be delivered to WOMACK Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC for the period 1 May 2000 through 30 April 2001 with two option periods. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. For determining business size on this project, the Standard Industrial Code is 3826/500 employees. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list.
