A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain the following: "Touch Screens", "Screen Stations", software, licenses, and installation that will integrate with the current Gallop Indian Medical Center system. The hardware and software are manufactured by Morris Systems, Inc., d/b/a M-Systems, Inc. The proposed action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
