This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to purchase the following, on a sole source basis, from Software Construction Company: One (1) ea. Software License Upgrade; Photogrid enterprise-wide site license to Mediagrid site license; Unlimited site license would include both windows nt/9X and Macintosh versions of Mediagrid, the special DOD field name replacements for the standard IPTC field names. Site license for DOD enterprise-wide sites for Mediafactory for Windows and Photofactory for Macintosh for use where operation on the Macintosh platform is required. Delivery shall be FOB destination to AFIS, Alexandria, VA. within 60 days from date of award or sooner. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
