The UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type of contract for the procurement of 1,000,000 yards of Flange Material, Non-woven, spun bonded Polypropylene or Polyester as specified in FED SPEC V-M-96K, Dated 2/15/90 including Para 3.3.8 and Interim Amendment 1 dated 5/24/90 The Material must be suitable for sewing mattress panels and attaching panels with hog rings. Width: 5", weight minimum of 3 ounces per square yard. Color Grey or White. A bid sample of 5"X5" is required. The sample should be send to the Attention of Detra Willis, UNICOR/Federal Prison Industries, 601 McDonough Blvd., S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315. The outside of the bid sample package should have the words " Bid Sample and the RFP Number 1PI-R-1583-00" on the outside of the package. All bid samples must be received by the date set for receipt of proposals or they will not be considered. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of delivery order.
