This acquisition will result in two separate indefinite quantity contacts (one for various activities in Pa., NJ & NY, one for Ft. Drum, NY) with a 25% guaranteed minimum on each. Each is for a one year base term and include four (4) one-year options. The first year (base) contract is estimated at $4 million for the Pa/NJ/NY contract and $3.25 million for the Ft. Drum contract. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit proposals and will be considered by the agency. Note: Each contract will be awarded using Best Value Source Selection methods, whereby technical and price factors are evaluated, with technical factors considered significantly more important.
