Both parcels are located at the intersection of IL Rte. 163 and IL Rte. 13. More specifically, this work will include site clearing; earthwork and grading; storm culverts; and planting of trees, shrubs, and ground cover. A wetland-monitoring program is also included with this component of work and will be implemented upon completion of the wetlands compensation site construction.
