The purpose of this synopsis is to determine whether there may be other sources who can provide software with the same capabilities as their Asset Center. Asset Center is a comprehensive decision support software solution that manages the entire information asset lifecycle, from asset acquisition, through asset deployment tracking, to asset retirement. It has five integrated modules: Asset, Procurement, Contract/Lease, Bar and Cost Management. Also provided is the ability to identify assets within the organization and analyze the data. Any organization capable of providing this software, or like software, should submit a statement of capabilities with documentation concerning its product. No solicitation document is available.
