This is a Request For Comments on the Statement of Work and Product Pricing List for the USPS Mailing Online program. This program will establish a nationwide network of approximately twenty-five (25) on-demand print and mail facilities to support Mailing Online. This is a prelude to a solicitation which will be issued approximately thirty (30) days from this date. Awards may be one contractor-one site or one contractor- multiple sites. Multiple contractor awards are anticipated. Site selection will not be based on a pre-determined location list, but based on market availability and mutual agreement between the USPS and contractor.
