The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF)intends to negotiate under authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, a Sole Source agreement with the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, to develop and present an intensive 8-day course on fire phenomena, and the dynamics and computations of enclosure fires for ATF arson investigators.
