SOL DACA27-00-R-0011 DUE 041800 POC POC Contract Specialist, Barbara Simpson (502)625-7634, POC Technical, Michael King (502)582-6559 DESC: Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract for quick response to construction, design/build and service projects associated with Military, Civil, and Other Programs for the Louisville District Corps of Engineers. Minimum guarantee is $100,000.00 for the base year and $50,000.00 for each option year. Maximum contract value is $5 million per year for a base year and 4 option years for a total contract value of $25 million, including options. Individual task order limit is $5 million but task orders are estimated to range from $100,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 with a typical task order amount of approximately $500,000.00. Projects can be located anywhere in the Louisville District Mission boundaries. Project design will be a small portion of the contract. The work can consist of but not be limited to: building demolition; debris removal; structural repairs; renovations; sitework; utility rereplacements; pavement replacement; channel improvements; landscaping; geotechnical; surveying and mapping services; instrumentation; architectural; furniture (restricted to UNICOR unless a waiver is issued); food service; security and fencing; and lead and asbestos abatement. This project is 100% set aside for 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Small Business Administration Region 4 and 5. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis, not necessarily in the order of importance: (1) Management Proposal; (2) Experience; (3) Plans for Quality Control; and (4) Price Proposal.
