shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation,
supervision and disposal required to replace double-hung windows at the
Barracks Building, USCG Station Merrimack River, Newburyport, MA. Work
includes the removal of all wood casement/fixed windows, aluminum
double-hung windows and the removal of 3/4" thick x 20" wide (average
width) painted plywood panels on each side of casement-fixed window.
Provide new sealant, new dark bronze HC-45 aluminum double-hung
insulated windows; new 3/4" foamboard insulated panels sandwiched
between exterior dark bronze aluminum skin and interior aluminum random
skin; new wood jambs; new dark bronze aluminum exterior casing trim,
and related incidental work. SIC code is 1751. Estimated cost of this
project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance is estimated to be
120 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages will
