Line 0002: QTY 6 each Lithium Batteries, P/N BA-5112/U. Per FAR 6.302-1, this requirement is issued on a sole source basis to Motorola, Tactical Electronics Div, 8201 E. McDowell Rd, Scottsdale AZ 85252-1417. Only Motorola's products will be considered for the following reasons: The O.E.M. (Motorola) does not have distributors or resellers for this product. No other known source can meet the performance requirements. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required F.O.B. Belcamp MD on or before 14 Apr 00 with final inspection and acceptance at destination. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Agency.
