The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing a Single Ended Unit Substation at the Flatiron Power and Pumping Plant. The Unit Substation will provide an additional source of 480 Volt Station Service Three Phase Power from a 13.8 KV Source. The contractor shall furnish all materials and labor necessary for the installation of the Unit Substation and connecting it to the existing DWA 13.8 KV breaker JW2A (228), to Station Service 480 Volt A.C. Switchgear Panel D1A, and to existing Station Service 480 Volt A.C. Distribution Panel D1B. The work is located at the Flatiron Power and Pumping Plant, 11056 West County Road 18E, Loveland, Colorado. This facility is adjacent to Flatiron Reservoir, approximately 10 miles west of Loveland, Colorado. The Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for June 27, 2000, at the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana, Room 2031. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets may be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money ordder of $9.00 each.
