This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 549-00-RFQ-47. Minimum specific requirements are as follows: Vertical Movement, Lateral Tilt+/-20 degrees, 20 degrees vertical/15 degree Trendelenberg Movement, an offset base that allows for C-Arm Fluoroscopy, Patient Table Pad, Patient Arm Boards, Patient Restraint Bands, Carbon Fiber Table Top. This solicitation incorporates by reference FAR Clauses and Provisions, FAR 52.212-1,52-212-3,52.212-4,and addenda (52.214-21,52.227-19,52.233-2,52.233-3,852.233-70 and 852.270-4).
