A task order contract is required in the areas of performance of analytical services associated with generation of vulnerability data for weapon effectiveness and performance studies, and to conduct studies to resolve issues on vulnerability and weapon systems performance; target descriptions; methodology developmnet; and the publishing of analytical and technical reports. The documented results (computer products, data and reports) from this contract will be used for support of the target vulnerability, weapon effectiveness programs and data catagolging efforts for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME), aircraft vulnerability and survivability data for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Aircraft Survivability, ship vulnerability and survivability data, and weapon effectivenss callculations for various air-to-surface, surface-to-surface and anti-air-weapons versus a wide range of land, sea and air targets. Multiple award Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order contract with CPFF completion form delivery orders is contemplated.
