U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division intends to competitively acquire services to perform routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and routine repairs to essential electrical building support systems at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, U.S. Army Soldier & Biological Chemical Command (SSBCOM), Natick, MA. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, and accessories necessary to inspect, test, service, adjust, align, remove, install, replace, overhaul, rebuild, and repair specified electrical equipment and systems. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed price and time and material provisions encompassing one twelve-month base period and four twelve month options is planned. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA. Services will commence upon date of award. A best value source selection will be based on the offeror's past performance and proposed price in that order of importance. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1731 and the size standard is $7 million in annual receipts.
