The required services include storage, retrieval, daily delivery, and destruction of case files for the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. The contractor must be able to deliver files from the off-site facility to the Parkersburg office within twenty four (24) hours from time of request. The contractor must comply with the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration regulations (36 CFR 1228) for off-site storage of (non-Civilian Personnel) temporary Government records. The contract will be awarded for a base and four (4) option years. The SIC code for this acquisition is 4214 which has a business size standard of $18.5 million average annual receipts.
