Draft Statement of Work is located on internet web site http://eps.gov. This project has been set-aside for NATIONAL 8(a) competition only. Therefore, comments will only be considered from certified 8(a) offerors. The Government would like to know of any and all comments or suggestions pertaining to the SOW. This is for information purposes only and will be used to identify areas that need to be revised or clarified prior to issuance of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for the SABER contract at Shaw AFB, SC.
