This is for a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Non-Personal Service Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks a qualified accredited institution of post-secondary education as recognized by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCACS) who is listed in the directory of Accredited Institution of Post-Secondary Schools to provide post-secondary education services at FPC Alderson. The contractor will be required to provide two (2) courses per semester. These courses must lead to the completion of a certificate program that does not exceed 15 college hours (5 courses). The contractor shall provide a curriculum that meets general studies requirements for a one year certificate program in a vocational area. The certificate program shall be focused on an employable trade. The contract will run from date of award for a 12 month period with the Government's unilateral right to exercise one (1) Option Year (12 month time period). The estimated availability of the solicitation will be April 24, 2000, with an estimated date for receipt of offers is May 24, 2000.
