E-MAIL: Culley Charlesworth, culley.charlesworth@luke.af.mil. The following is a summary of work for the upcoming project NUEX 99-1707, 08, 09, Construct 607th FTU Facilities at Luke AFB, AZ. The project shall include but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to construct three educational facilities for the 607th Fighter Training Unit, Luke AFB, AZ. Project shall consist of construction of a 2,800 SF freestanding simulator facility, a 3,600 SF administration addition to existing Building 1383 and a 4,200 SF classroom addition to existing Building 1384. Buildings shall be of slump block construction with Exterior Insulation Finish System exterior wall panels and prefabricated metal trusses with standing-seam metal roofs. The two additions shall be seamlessly integrated and interface with the existing buildings' footprints, structures and utilities. 56th Contracting will conduct a pre-proposal site visit, allowing offerors the opportunity to verify all existing site conditions and field dimensions referred to in the project documents, prior to submitting a proposal or performing any work. All prospective offerors will meet at the Contracting Office, Building 26, 14100 W. Eagle St. Luke AFB, AZ. (time and date to be announced via the EPS website) prior to proceeding to site locations. Performance period for this work shall be 300 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1 Mil and $5 Mil. There is a statutory cost limitation of $500,000 per facility. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
