York VAMC a Digital Non-Mydriatric Retinal Camera with Image Capturing System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This system is for use in documenting diseases of the eye. Contractor shall provide equipment that is high resolution FA/ICG imagenet system. Vendors are requested to submit quotes for (Primary) Total system including computer hardware and software required for the operation of the system; and (Alternate) Systems excluding computer hardware and non-proprietary software. A wheelchair accessible electric instrument table will be included for both the primary and the alternate quote.
