The Government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Collins Engineers, Inc., 211 West Wacker Drive, 8th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606-1217 (see Commerce Business Daily Numbered Notes -- Note 22). This requirement is for design of repairs and plans/specifications to the Fuel Pier at Kwajalein Atoll. Collins Engineers did the original inspection and preliminary designs for the site.
