Post Office with paved parking and landscaping on an approximately 52,000 sq.ft. USPS owned site. Work will include but not be limited to site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, paving, and landscaping. The building will be a slab-on grade, wood framed, brick veneer building with a standing seam roof. All utilities are available at the site. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating all connections and hook ups. Normal hook up or connection fees shall be included in the Contractors proposals. The estimated price range is between $350,000 and $500,000 with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The sub-contracting minority dollar goals for this entire project is 13% of total project cost. Due diligence must be exercised in order to meet this goal. Failure of the contractor to comply in good faith with these requirements is a material breach of contract.
