These components will be used to upgrade instrumentation design on the B-2A and B-52H aircraft. Minimum salient performance characteristics: Shall be 100% compatible and interchangeable with the existing AACOM Multiple Bit Rate Bit Synchronizers. The AACOM Systems Multiple Bit Rate Bit Synchronizer uses a proprietary format to provide interoperability between test programs. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AACOM Systems, (925) 827-4784 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
