Services shall include: telephone support, software maintenance and engineering upgrades. The services will cover a base period of 12 months from date of award, plus two (2) twelve month option periods. The Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is a Model Excel 750 manufactured by Harnischfeger Engineers, Inc., which includes two (2) cranes. It is anticipated that the type contract to be awarded will be a Time and Materials Type Contract. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Faxed requests for solicitation packages are desired. Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Taxpayer's Identification Number with request. No telephone request will be accepted. The tentative closing date for this solicitation is 00 May 26.
