The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor; normally not to exceed 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week for a total of 1920 hours per year for the clinic located at Honolulu, HI and 8 hours a day, 16 hours per week for a total of 832 at the clinic located at Humboldt Bay, CA. Period of performance will be 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2000 with four option years. The Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 16 June 2000 and close on or about 20 July 2000.
