The base year is estimated between October 1, 2000 and September 30, 2001. There will be an additional four option years as well. Due to security concerns, only medical facilities witin a sixty-mile radius of Wasceca, Minnesota will be considered for award. Essential health services may include the following: inpatient/outpatient hospital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services at the designated BOP institution.
