The Government is soliciting competitive proposals to provide Commercial Packing, Containerization/Crating and Local Drayage Services. The Government anticipates awarding one, two or three firm fixed unit price requirements contracts resulting from this solicitation, covering the three schedules of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services: Outbound (Schedule I), Inbound (Schedule II), and Intra-City Moves (Schedule III). This action is taken pursuant to FAR Part 12 as a Commercial Item acquisition. It is reserved for small business concerns. Selection of successful offeror(s) will be based on an evaluation of technical capability and a tradeoff between Price and Past Performance. Offerors are required to submit a written proposal and 5 references to be polled by Government representatives. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 4783 and the Business Size Standard is $18.5M. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials necessary to provide packing, containerization, local drayage of personal property shipments and local moves for military and civilian personnel as scheduled by the Joint Personal Property Shipment Office (JPPSO) Colorado Springs, CO.
