byway sites along Highway 44, between Greendale Junction and Manila,
Utah. Project requires contractor furnished hot mix bituminous
surfacing material to be placed on five scenic byway parking sites. The
Contractor shall also chip/seal the pavement. Five picnic units will be
constructed. Other miscellaneous work is involved. The Scenic Byway
Sites are located at or near the following mileposts on Highway 44,
South of Manila on the Ashley National Forest in Daggett County, Utah:
West Green's Lake, MP 3.5, then 1.5 mile North; Moose Pond, MP 9; Dowd
Mountain, MP 13; Sheep Creek, MP 22, and Manila Orientation Center,
located behind Daggett County Courthouse in Manila, Utah. This project
is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitations may be
