Y -- CONSTRUCTION AND REFURBISHMENT OF BUILDING 361 AREA SOL DMP-001 POC Erik C. Eisentrout, 304-726-5376 The project includes refurbishing Bldg. 361 for use as the Assembly Area. Included in this shall be equipment utility demolition, equipment relocation and installation, partial building demolition, concrete floor demolition and repair, and new installation of air piping, HVAC ductwork, electric and incidental related work. Also, included in this scope of work, is to fabricate a three sided wooden shed 20' by 40' by 10' high, with metal siding and roofing. This shed shall also be supplied with lighting and receptacles. The final scope of work, is to provide and install a pre-manufactured building 20' by 30' by 10'6" high mounted on a concrete foundation. This includes site preparation for concrete pad fabrication and paved road for building access. This building shall be provided with air, steam, and electric utilities and incidental related work. Estimated cost is in the range of $100,000 to $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about May 8, 2000. The bid opening date will be approximately June 8, 2000. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all subcontractors.
