This projects consists of the paving of scenic byway sites along Highway 191, North of Vernal, Utah. Project consists of Uintah County native asphalt mix provided to the contractor, who will haul and place it on 5 scenic Byway Parking Site along Highway 191, between 5 and 25 miles North of Vernal. The Contractor will also chip/seal the pavement. There is also a comfort station that will be ordered by the Contractor and installed. Other miscellaneous work is involved. The Scenic Byway Sites are located at or near the following mileposts in Uintah County, Utah along Highway 191: Vernal Portal, MP 206; Windy Point, MP 217; Red Cloud, MP 222, Aspen, MP 225 and Cart Creek Meadow, MP 229. This project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
