Option is included in the contract. Offerors are required to submit both price and experience and technical proposal information as stated in the solicitation. The following evaluation criteria will be used for selection: (1) prime contractor's past performance specifically involving airfield, educational, training and facilities, (2) prime contractor's effectiveness of management showing understanding and capability of successfully completing projects with severe time and cost constraints. The acquisition strategy is a lowest cost technically acceptable request for proposal. Proposals will be received and evaluated on a GO/NO-GO basis. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
