Services, non-personal: To furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and facilities to construct and install a custom canopy at bldg. 21001 (Post Office). Location: Bldg. 21001, Post Office side (see attached drawings, three (3) sheets) Approximate Dimensions: 26 feet wide x 25 feet (verification of field dimensions required) Height: Canopy shall slope from main building wall to front of canopy (slope shall be sufficient to eliminate water ponding on canopy). Top of canopy shall be above exterior light and slope shall clear double door number 1 (see sketch) to front of canopy. Frame: Shall be constructed with galvanized components and painted to match existing exterior paint on wall of building. Fabric for canopy: Shall be Patio 500 #526 Terra Cotta Red (or equal), Scalloped 9 inches, valence on three sides with white binding (similar to canopy at Base Exchange, no substitutions). Canopy fabric shall be removable in case of Typhoons/High Winds. Contractor shall verify field dimensions and conduct site visit prior to performing any work on project. NOTE: A site visit is scheduled for 03 Apr 2000 at bldg.'s 21001 (Post Office) & 22026 (Base Exchange). All prospective bidders will meet at the Contracting Office, bldg. 17000, prior to proceeding to the site locations.
