Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision,
transportation and disposal necessary to remove and dispose twenty-one
existing 275 gallon heating oil storage tanks and provide forty-two NEW
138 gallon heating oil storage steel tanks, fill and vent piping, and
incidental related work. The Government may add additional housing
units for tank replacement as identified in the option. Work shall be
accomplished at US Coast Guard Group Moriches, Westhampton Beach, NY.
(Suffolk County) (SIC: 1711) Performance period is ninety (90) calendar
days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. ALL SITE WORK SHALL BE
ACCOMPLISHED BETWEEN JUNE 1, 2000 thru September 1, 2000. Interruption
of heating oil supply in each housing unit shall not exceed two
calendar days.Estimated Cost of this project is between $25,000 and
$100,000. SOLICITATION PACKAGES TO BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT Apil 13,

Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted. The
following NOTICE IS PROVIDED AS INFORMATON FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED,
AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Dept of Transportation
(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquired short-term capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any prime subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000. For
