Work covers, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and material required to provide renovation of interior systems including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, elecrical system, mechanical system, and plumbing system. Work also includes replacement of exterior siding, addition of brick wainscot installation of new exterior windows, and installation of new electrical padmount transformer. Also included is installation of a new fire protection system and repair of aircraft doors. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1M and $5M.
