The Regional Contracting Office -- Seckenheim in Germany intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed Price contract with Time and Material features for: Non-personal services for the total maintenance, vacant quarters R/M, and repair of Government-owned, Leased housing and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing units at the 293rd Base Support Battalion area in Mannheim,Worms, Ludwigshafen-Ruchheim, Frankenthal and Lampertheim, Germany. Solicitation #DAJA02-00-R-0105 will be available around May 15, 2000. Commercial sources are invited to submit technical and price proposals for the repair and maintenance of around 2,220 apartment units and houses. Services consist of inspection and repair of roofs, building maintenance, interior painting, repair of floors, maintenance of pavements, playgrounds and lawns, exterior electrical systems, water lines, sewer systems and cleaning of apartments. Performance will be for a basic year and four (4) option years to start on October 1, 2000. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 5, 2000 in Mannheim, Germany.
