Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials and perform all work for removing existing ballast, insulation, single-ply EPDM and underlying built-up roof membranes and for installing new insulation and single-ply EPDM membranes on roofs having surface areas totaling approximately 14,470 square feet (1,344 square meters) at the Corporation Administration Building in Massena, New York. The work also includes repair of damaged/deteriorated roof decking and roof drains, as required. The work is to commence on or about July 3, 2000 and is to be completed by August 31, 2000. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be a $50.00 US Funds non-refundable fee for plans and specifications. Requests for the solicitation package along with the $50.00 fee must be received no later than 15 days after Commerce Business Daily publication. The due date for bids shall be May 23, 2000. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.
