Box 516, St. Louis, MO 62166-0516. The order will incorporate the impacts of Lucas ECP 868 which redesigned the End Cap assembles into Gas Turbine Starter/Auxiliary Power Unit Main Gearbox Assembly on the AV-8 Aircraft. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to MDC, the only source with the pre-requisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the AV-8 Aircraft.
