16 -- INLET SCREEN AND PLENUM ASSEMBLIES FOR THE CH-60S SOL N68335-00-Q-0167 DUE 042500 POC Judith A. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. The NAWCAD intends to procure two (2) Inlet Screen and Plenum Assemblies P/N 21C7726G01 for the CH-60S Helicopter. The Inlet Screen will allow air to enter the engine around the entire 360-degree circumference. It is mounted to the test stand and contains: (1) a plenum for protection from the sun and wind, (2) a baffle plate to separate the engine and dyno inlets, (3) a thermocouple harness to monitor inlet temperature, and (4) a baffle plate to prevent ingestion of hot air into the inlet. It is easily removed to allow calibration of the torque system without removal of the engine. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. The Government does not own data rights or technical drawings. The Government intends to procure under a Small Business Set Aside. SIC Code 3724 is applicable.
