Solicitation number F34612-00-QD063 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This acquisition is unrestricted and is under Standard Industrial Classification code3612, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. 1. Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, and labor and transportation necessary from Altus Air Force Base to the location where work will be accomplished to rewind the primary side of two (2) 2500 KVA transformers from 12470/7200 Wye to 12470 Delta configuration. 2. Both transformers are wired 12470/7200 Wye primary and Wye secondary. The primary needs to be wired 12470/7200 Delta primary with Wye secondary. 3.
