This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), F1965000Q0026. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-12 dated 99June17. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC)is 1751 and the small business size standard is $7.0 mil. The services to be performed are as follows: The Contractor shall perform all work necessary for complete door replacement, preparation and installation of new doors and door accessories as required. Doors shall be of bronze anodized aluminum construction and installations may include sidelights and transoms. Brake metal may be necessary for installations. All work is to be installed IAW commercial standards. The project is located in various buildings at Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. This procurement This procurement shall consist of a Basic Year and Two (2) Option Years. Award will be made based on lowest price technically accepted. This will be an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID-IQ) contract. Period of Performance shall be from date of award and continue for one (1) year.
