The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 Payload Surveillance Test Set in accordance with Statement of Work which is available to be downloaded. The requirement is sole sourced to Sippican, Marion, Massachusetts. Sippican is the original equipment manufacturer and is in possession of all required specifications/drawings. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified AcquisitionProcedures. Delivery of the Payload Surveillance Test Set is 6 months or sooner after receipt of Government Furnished Material. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN Division, Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
