69 -- DRYDOCK MOCK-UP TRAINING MODEL SOL N00604-00-T-A165 DUE 051900 POC Wanda Okemura, Purchasing Agent, (808)473-7543, Joseph Saunders, Contracting Officer The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor intends on negotiating a unrestricted contract for the following commercial item: Item 0001 -- Working model, portable of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard's Drydock 1, 2 and 3. The model shall be made up of three (3) major pieces. Each piece will represent a drydock and be independent of each other. A connecting "tube" will join the drydock models to each other and will represent the drainage tunnels between the drydocks (between DD #1 and DD #2 and between DD #2 and DD #3). The model shall have its own base -- free standing. Top of model to be 42 inches high maximum. Model shall be capable of holding water (watertight). Specifications and drawings will be attached to the solicitation. Qty 1 each. FOB destination to Pearl Harbor Hawaii. The FSC Code is 6930. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 8712 and $2.5M respectively. FAR Part 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items apply.
