Destination within Consignee=92s Premises to: = Director, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024 (5,500 niche covers), and Superintendent, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA 22211-5003 (2,000 niche covers).=20 Deliveries are required as follows: 500 each to Arlington National Cemetery within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery order, and 7,000 each (5,500 to National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona; 1,500 to Arlington National Cemetery) within 60 calendar days of receipt of delivery order.
