Command has a requirement for Didactic training and facilitated
adaption/development of an explicitly evidence-based clinical practice
guideline for the management of uncomplicated dysuria in women for the
period of 11 17 May, 2000. The adapted guideline, metrics aqnd
implementation tools arising from this process will become the property
of the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA) for distribution and use throughout the DOD and VA
healthcare systems. The Government intends to negotiate with Group
Health Cooperative of Seattle WA as the only source. Procurement of
this service is on an other than full and open competition basis and is
anticipated from Group Health Cooperative. This is a combined synopsis
/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format
in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures
in FAR subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation document; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient
documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the
requirements. The request for quotation number is N62645-00-T-1012. The
request for quotation document and purchase order incorporates
provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-12. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is
8731. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The provision
