Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for consultation services, curriculum development and training in the area of evidence-based health care methods, the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines, support of two 2-day seminars in evidence-based health care methods, and fifteen (15), five-user proprietary site licenses for clinical practice guidelines for distribution and use within Navy Medical Treatment Facilities.
