Contractor shall provide travel, labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, manuals, and schematic drawings necessary to effect scheduled preventive maintenance service, emergency repair works, call backs, and performance evaluations. Equipment located at West Los Angeles Healthcare Center and VA San Diego Healthcare System. PMI's to be performed semi-annually. Contract will be for a 12-month period from date of contract award with Government having the option to exercise for four (4) additional one-year periods.
