(ii) Solicitation F73INP00310200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. (iv) The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7377 with a size standard, averaged over a one year period of $18,000,000. (v) Langley AFB plans to procure a sole source acquisition with Erim International for annual software upgrade for Erips. In addition Erim International holds the sole license for the sale of Erips software. (vi) The following requirements are applicable: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide software upgrade and 24 hour telephone support for the Erips software used in the production of the Arc Digital Raster Images (ADRI).
