The objective of this effort will be to provide solutions to organizations'safety issues based on the application of expertise in a variety of areas including behavioral and cognitive psychology, human factors, organizational development, safety management, TQM and statistical process control. The knowledge gained will allow Air Force personnel to continue the application of behavioral modification methodology to reducing motor vehicle fatalities and to other areas of mishap prevention.
