R -- TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR RYAN WHITE COMPREHENSIVE AIDS EMERGENCY ACT GRANTEES SOL HRSA 231-HAB-11(0) DUE 060100 POC Lorah Tidwell (301) 443-5128 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals to provide technical assistance (TA) to grantees, planning bodies, and service providers funded under the CARE Act in order to improve the performance of programs. The purpose of the TA is to assist those entities in complying with the requirements of the CARE Act, to improve the capacity, outcome and cost effectiveness of health care and support services funded under these programs; to improve access to HIV-related care for historically underserved populations; and to enhance their coordination and linkage with other local, State and Federally supported HIV-related services. This proposed contract will be for one (1) base year and four (4) one year option periods. This requirement is being advertised as a competitive 8(a) acquisition. Offers from concerns other than certified 8(a) sources will not be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 8742.
